The Elias Khnaser Company Professional Services is lead by Elias Khnaser, author of many books and publisher of many Computer Based Training videos on the subjects of Virtualization and Server Based Computing, primarily Citrix and Terminal Services. Over the years our company's books and CBTs have helped many in their planning and deployment of these technologies.

Virtualization
- VMware ESX While ESX is the main focus of most organizations, VMware offers an excellent extended suite of software that address different needs. Products like Lab Manager, Site Recovery Manager and Thinstall. The topic of VDI is also becoming a heated one and we can help in all these areas.
- Microsoft Hyper-V Microsoft has greatly enhanced its virtualization footprint with products like Hyper-V, System Center Virtual Machine Manager and Application virtualization formerly Softgrid. We are uniquely positioned to help in these areas with significant experience.
- Citrix XenServer is a very robust virtualization solution that may be very attractive to certain organizations. the fact that we are vendor neutral allows us to recommend the best product for your specific scenario.

Our Offering
Our company will primarily focus on providing design and architecture consulting. This is not to say we will not offer any troubleshooting or deployment work. If you can book us then we are yours for the time period. Our consulting services can be done either:
- Health Check Review With a health check review, we examine different areas in your Server Based Computing or Virtualization environment and then organize our findings in the form of a score card. We evaluate every section and give it a great of OK, Needs Attention or Caution. We then provide suggestions based on the grade level as to what you can do to improve a particular section. the health check review is a great way of evaluating your environment against best practices.
- Remote Consultation With this option, we can setup a conference call and also a WebEx session and brainstorm design and architecture or any other topics that you feel you would like our input on
- On site With the on site option, you will have on site for either design and deployment, health check or a consultation.
